What actually happens when you join LMA

This program requires 90 minutes or less of active participation per day during the 28-day adventure. You will be speaking, listening, responding, and building a real relationship with your language guide. That relationship is the mechanism. If you show up for it, it works. LMA is not the right fit for casual learners. It is built for people who have a real reason to speak a language — family, travel, work, relocation, or a personal goal they've been putting off for years.

The moment you purchase, your journey begins. This is not a waiting period.
You will meet with your Host — a warm, dedicated LMA team member whose job is to get to know you, get you set up, and get you started. In this session they learn about your life, your goals, and what you want to be able to say. That conversation becomes the foundation of everything that follows.
From there, you begin your first week of self-study through the LMA app — built around you from the start. As you work through your daily lessons, the app is listening. It learns your level, your pace, and your patterns, and uses that to begin shaping the sentences and vocabulary that will carry you through your adventure.
By the end of the week, your program is ready. Your guide is matched. And so are you.

What is happening behind the scenes:
- Your language level is being assessed through your actual usage

This is where the breakthrough happens.
For 28 days you work with your Language Guide — a fluent speaker of your target language, meeting with you four times a week for 45 minutes each session. The sessions are immersive and conversational.
You are not translating. You are not conjugating verbs. You are communicating — imperfectly at first, and then with growing confidence as the language begins to feel like yours.
Between sessions, the app keeps you moving. Every conversation you have with your guide generates new lessons built around the words and sentences you actually want to say. Your daily self-study is never generic — it is built from you, updated after every session.
To remain eligible for the guarantee, the adventure must be completed within 33 calendar days of the day it begins — this window does not pause for any reason. You may continue beyond 33 days, up to a hard limit of 45 days total, but the guarantee no longer applies past day 33. Your guide will help you stay on track.

Sessions are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Monday through Friday 8am to 11pm ET, Saturday 8am to 7pm ET.

A host is not an onboarding form. Your Host is a real person whose job is to get to know you — your life, your goals, what you want to be able to say — and use that to build the foundation of your entire adventure. That first conversation shapes your lessons, your curriculum, and the experience ahead. It is one of the most important hours of your adventure and it happens before the intensive even begins.
Your Language Guide owns your experience end to end
Your guide is your coach, your progress tracker, and your advocate inside LMA. They lead every one of your 16 sessions during the adventure, build your personalized lessons after each conversation, check in on your daily progress through the app, and are there for The Trail when your adventure ends. They are trained directly by Matej in the LMA acquisition method.

Built around real availability
LMA operates during standard U.S. hours, on purpose. Every session happens Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time, and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern Time. That consistency is what lets us hold our hosts and guides to the standard we do — well-supported people, not stretched thin across every time zone at every hour.
All scheduling runs in Eastern Time. If you're elsewhere, your Host will work with you during the pre-program to find times inside this window that actually fit your day.
