Refund policy

Language Magic Adventures sells language acquisition programs and subscription services, not physical products. Because of this, our return and refund terms work differently than a typical retail policy.

LMA Adventures

Adventure purchases are governed by our Language Breakthrough Guarantee, not a standard return policy. If you complete your Adventure in full participation and do not achieve a Language Breakthrough, you are entitled to a free repeat Adventure, and a full refund if the repeat also does not produce a breakthrough. Outside of the Language Breakthrough Guarantee, Adventure purchases are non-refundable. This includes subjective dissatisfaction with the program, your Language Companion, or the methodology.

Continued Services Subscription

You may cancel your Continued Services subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund amounts already charged for the current billing period. To cancel, contact us at hello@languagemagicadventures.us.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date you enrolled, without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Please note that if you begin participating in your Adventure — for example, by attending a pre-program session — before the 14-day period ends, you acknowledge that the service has begun at your request, and your right of withdrawal may no longer apply once the service is fully performed. If you wish to cancel within the 14-day window and have not yet begun participation, contact us at hello@languagemagicadventures.us and we will process a full refund.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, whether under the Language Breakthrough Guarantee or the EU right of withdrawal, we will process it to your original payment method within the timeframe specified in the applicable policy. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
